This article investigates and examines the essential requirements and criteria in cloud computing service monitoring centers by analyzing various service monitoring indicators. First, different approaches to extracting key performance indicators in cloud computing services are examined, then, considering the strengths and weaknesses of each method, a comprehensive hybrid approach is presented to extract monitoring indicators. The proposed method is tailored to the needs of different layers of cloud services in order to create a comprehensive monitoring center in providing cloud services. The results of the research show that combining different methods can help to create an effective and comprehensive monitoring system. In this solution, in the infrastructure as a service layer, a method for analyzing network traffic, monitoring logs, and telemetry is proposed. In the platform as a service layer, API-based, event-related, and artificial intelligence-based methods are presented. In the software as a service layer, agent-based and container-based approaches are introduced. Finally, the results and features of the proposed method have been compared and evaluated with other methods.
